We have included some suggestions of how to get to Steamboat Springs and where to stay. Please feel free to reach out with questions!
Getting Here & Getting Around
HDN
Yampa Valley Regional Airport
This is the closest airport (about 30 minutes to downtown Steamboat Springs). Year round daily flights between DIA and HDN are offered by United and Southwest Airlines.

Denver International Airport
About a 3-hour drive to Steamboat by rental car or shuttle service.

We recommend renting a car to explore the mountains and town. If you prefer not to rent a car, certain accommodations, including the Steamboat Grand and the Porches at Steamboat, offer on-call shuttle services that make getting around town a breeze. Steamboat also has a free bus service to access downtown from the mountain, and vice versa.
Uber and Lyft are available in Steamboat, but they can be spotty, and we currently do not have a local taxi service. It is best to schedule any time-sensitive rides like airport transfers in advance with one of the contacts listed below.
Wedding shuttles on Saturday will leave promptly at 4:45PM from 2 pickup locations: the Steamboat Grand and the Wells Fargo parking lot downtown. Driving directly to the venue is not permitted. -
Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided. Driving directly to the venue is not permitted.
Wedding shuttles will depart promptly at 4:45PM from two pickup locations - near the base of the mountain outside the Steamboat Grand and downtown at the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot.
Transportation will be provided to both the after party and the shuttle pickup spots once the reception ends at 11:45PM. Looping shuttles will be available for departures starting at 9:30PM. Transportation home from the after party will be available until the bar closes at 2AM.
If you plan to drive to a shuttle pickup spot, free hourly parking is available at the Wells Fargo pickup location, and overnight paid parking is available at the Steamboat Grand.

If you are flying into Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) and are not renting a car, you will need to book transportation from the airport to your accommodations ahead of time.

Where to Stay
There are plenty of great hotels and rentals in Steamboat - please stay where you feel the most comfortable.
That being said, if you are planning to rent a house, please keep proximity to the wedding shuttle pick up locations in mind. Transportation shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding on Saturday from the Steamboat Grand and from the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot downtown. If you stay outside of walking distance either shuttle pickup point, please plan to drive or arrange transportation (via private car or the Steamboat free bus) to ensure you arrive in time for shuttle departure at 4:45PM on Saturday! Driving directly to the venue is not permitted.
